Stington & Partner is a Swiss legal advisory firm. We are deliberately not structured as an Anwaltskanzlei — instead, we operate as a Rechtsdienstleister, which lets us work transactionally and across borders without the constraints of a single bar.
Our clients are rights holders, investors, family offices and creative principals. They come to us when an IP asset changes hands, when ownership is in question, or when value needs to be recovered.
